Florida
duck hunting Lake Okeechobee testimonials I received from Florida
duck hunters and others from across the United States. These folks
have been kind enough to type and sent me e-mail letters describing
their Florida Lake Okeechobee duck hunting adventures and other
information about their duck hunting trip.
Some spelling
corrections are the only edits make to the below duck hunting
e-mails. I have also added the party's name, city, phone number
and e-mail address (emphasized in blue) under each e-mail. Please
feel free to contact any of them to find out more about my guide
service from someone who has been duck hunting on Lake Okeechobee
with Cap'n Ron.

Gary,
I received your message and hope you were interested in hunting
the
1999 season, since this season is now over. A hunting trip with
Ron is always enjoyable. I have been hunting with him for 9 years
and would never even contemplate buying an airboat. The majority
of the ducks on the lake (Lakeport) are ringnecks, with some teal.
The early season for wood duck and teal is usually good and Ron
has
a few locations that are productive (September) depending on the
water level on the lake. During the regular season (Nov. - Jan.),
this location (Moore Haven) can be outstanding or miserable. The
variety and quantity of teal, wood ducks, and mottle ducks can
be
good; however, if the water level in the lake drops prior to the
start of the season (late November), the ducks are gone.
I am a salt water person and have no clue on how to catch a Bass.
Ron is highly skilled in this category. You should do extremely
well.
Regards,
Blas

I am going to book a hunt this December with Ron's Service and
I noticed
you were a listing for references. What I would like is any suggestions
on
what we could expect out of this hunt. Also, if you have any info
on his
shiner fishing trips, we are doing that also.
I "was" a hunting guide myself for geese when we had
a season in Delaware
and have always wanted to do a nice Duck Hunt somewhere in the
states. So any
info you could provide would be greatly helpful.
Thank You,
Gary
