November opening day duck hunting for teal, Florida mallards and ring-necked ducks on the flats south of the Monkey Box was fair to good. Most of my clients had some action shots during the morning and afternoon hunts. The ring-necked duck hunting was far better then expected. Duck hunting outlook for December on Lake Okeechobee is expected to be very good this year especially with the lake water level dropping!

Duck Hunting Report - Florida Lake Okeechobee - November 27 & 28, 2004

Lake Okeechobee duck hunter Bill Growney (Bradenton, FL - ph: 941-704-5540) had seen plenty of ducks and had some action shots at mallards, blue-winged teal and ring-necked ducks during an afternoon and morning of duck hunting on November 27 & 28, 2004 with Captain Ron. Ducks were hunted in the flooded field areas south of the Monkey Box area of Lake Okeechobee.
