Duck Hunting Report Lake Okeechobee Florida
January 4, 2002

Lake Okeechobee duck hunters Larry Parker (Madeira Beach, FL - ph: 727-391-1965 - e-mail: LMP0700@aol.com) and Matt Wallace (Tampa, FL - ph: 813-831-2238 - e-mail: Matthew.Wallace@macdill.af.mil) had plenty of action shots at mallards, blue-winged teal and ring-necked ducks during a and morning of duck hunting on January 4, 2002 with Cap'n Ron. They had a limit each that they downed but we could only recover a total of 7 teal and 1 ring-necked duck. Ducks were taken over decoys in the Moonshine area of Lake Okeechobee.
