Lake Okeechobee
early season duck hunters (left) Bryce Statham (Pembroke Pines,
FL - ph: 954-612-4760) Joe, Gary (below) and 2 friends downed
about 20 blue-winged teal during a morning of duck hunting on
September 22, 2001 with Cap'n Ron. Most of the ducks could not
be found in the high weeds. Past shooting seemed to work real
good for these hunters. Ducks were taken in the flooded field
areas south of the Monkey Box area of Lake Okeechobee.
